SAP SE announced the SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace, a new solution that connects employees to individualized recommendations that not only “spurs personal growth and development, but also increases organizational agility.”
Backed by a resource structure, the SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace solution goes beyond the traditional competency-based mix to consider an individual’s interests, work styles and experience when recommending mentoring, learning opportunities and networking, as well as short-term assignments or scholarships.
According to Deloitte, 45% of leaders believe that building an organizational culture that celebrates growth, adaptability and resilience “is the most important action they can take to transform work.”
In parallel, a recent Qualtrics study found that working with a purpose is among the top three priorities of jobseekers.
The SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace solution provides individuals with the space to find and pursue internal opportunities, aligned, on the one hand, with their personal values, passions and interests and, on the other, with the strategic needs of the business.
At the same time, leaders and managers can gain “greater visibility and a better understanding of the strengths and capabilities of their employees and teams”.
