For the tomato sauce
2 medium tomatoes, cut into small cubes
1 shallot finely chopped
2 crushed garlic
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of tomato pulp (optional)
salt to taste
2 cloves (optional)

For the meatballs:
150 g of soaked and cooked black beans
200 g of pre-cooked chicken
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
1 crushed garlic clove
salt to taste
1 egg

Preparation mode:
1- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2- Prepare the ingredients for the tomato sauce and place them all on an oven-proof tray.
3- Take it to the oven and cook the mixture of ingredients for 25 minutes or until the tomato falls apart.
4- Place all the ingredients for the meatballs, except for the egg, in a food processor and blend until finely ground.
5- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the egg and mix.
6- Mix well and form meatballs.
7- Arrange the meatballs on top of the tomato sauce, which is in the oven, and let it cook for another seven to 10 minutes.
