Russian and Ukrainian Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Dmytro Kuleba will meet on Thursday in Antalya, Turkey. It will be the first face-to-face meeting between the heads of diplomacy from Russia and Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict.
The information was provided this Monday by the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is also expected to participate in the meeting, according to the Russian press.
“As a result of our President [Erdogan’s] initiatives and our intense diplomatic efforts, the Russian and Ukrainian Foreign Ministers have decided to join, with my participation, in Antalya [Antalya Diplomacy Forum]. this effort leads to peace and stability”, the Turkish Foreign Minister confirmed in a tweet.
