Fabio Jakobsen (QuickStep) won the second stage of the Tour de France. The Dutchman was the fastest to complete the 202.2 kilometers between Roskilde and Nyborg, beating the Belgian Wout van Aert (Jumbo-Visma) and the Danish Mads Pedersen (Trek-Segafredo) who ran on well-known terrain.
A triumph that generated changes in the general classification. Wout van Aert is the new yellow jersey, leaving fellow countryman Yves Lampaert (QuickStep), who was the victim of a fall, in second place, one second away. Tadej Pogacar (UAE-Team Emirates) is in third place, eight seconds behind.
Nélson Oliveira (Movistar) was 71st in the stage, being in 52nd place in the general classification. Rúben Guerreiro (EF Education-EasyPost) finished in 175th place in the third stage, being 147th in the table.
