Mikel Arteta’s team – the Spaniard launched Fábio Vieira in the 83’ – took the lead with a goal from Granit Xhaka, in the 11th minute, but would allow the tie at 65’, a goal by Stuart Armstrong.

In this way, Arsenal maintains the lead, now with 28 points, two ahead of Man. City (beat Brighton in this round). Southampton is 15th and has 12 points.
