Celtic drew, this Wednesday, at home, against Shakhtar Donetsk (1-1), in a game of Group F of the Champions League.

The Scottish team, in the 34th minute, took the lead after Giakoumakis took advantage of a rebound in the opposite area to finish.

The opponent’s answer came in the second half. Mudryk, in the 58th minute, after an individual move, where he passed two opposing defenders and beat goalkeeper Hart.

After this result, Celtic will finish in fourth place and will not be able to continue. Shakhtar guaranteed their presence in the Europa League, but if they beat Leipzig they could still reach second place in the group and consequently qualify for the round of 16.
