CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Sevilla 3-0 Copenhagen In Group G
Share this:

In Group G, Sevilla had their first victory and remained in the fight for qualification for the round of 16, beating Copenhagen 3-0 at home, a result that definitively eliminates the Danish team.

Despite the uneven result, Sevilla’s victory was difficult, accomplished in the second half, with goals from En-Nesyri (61 minutes), Isco (88), and Montiel (90+2), before the Danes were reduced to 10, by the expulsion of Khocholava (90+5).

This triumph assured Sevilla the continuity in European competitions, even if it is via the Europa League since it does not depend only on you to continue in the Champions League, as Borussia Dortmund needs only one point to go through.

The Germans, with seven points, two more than Seville and five than Copenhagen, can qualify today, if they score in the reception to the already established Manchester City (10 points).
