Another blast rocks Pakistan, 3 killed in explosion at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa mosque

A suicide blast in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province during Juma prayers left at least three people dead and six others injured, according to local police.

The explosion occurred at a mosque in Hangu district, as reported by SHO Shahraz Khan of Doaba Police Station. Khan mentioned that there were approximately 30 to 40 worshippers present in the mosque at the time of the blast.

District Police Officer Nisar Ahmed stated, “The roof of the mosque caved in due to the impact of the explosion,” as reported in the Dawn newspaper.

This incident came shortly after a suicide blast near Madina Mosque on Al Falah Road in the Mastung district of the Balochistan province, which resulted in at least 52 fatalities and over 50 injuries.
